Absolutely. Most of our clients start with Seed or Growth and move up as their headcount increases and their needs become more complex. There is no penalty for upgrading, and we will tell you honestly when the time is right rather than trying to upsell you before you need it.

No. All packages run on a rolling monthly basis with a short notice period. We do not lock clients into long-term contracts. You should stay because the service is excellent, not because you are contractually obligated. If it is not working for you, we will say so before you do.
